Registering on the platform 999x is free and requires the following accurate information: full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must verify your email or phone number before making your first deposit.
Each user may hold only one active account on 999x. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, different email addresses, or any combination of personal data is prohibited. Duplicate accounts, once detected, will all be closed, with bonuses cancelled and balances potentially withheld pending investigation.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. Deposits from third parties or accounts held in someone else's name are not accepted. 999x reserves the right to return any deposits that do not meet these requirements.
Withdrawals are available only to users with a verified account. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, with processing times of up to 5 minutes after approval. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
To request the first withdrawal, the user must have completed identity verification by providing a copy of their government-issued ID (RG or CNH) and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. The PIX account registered for withdrawals must be in the same name as the 999x account holder and linked to the same CPF.
Only real balance can be withdrawn. Bonus balance is only withdrawable after the full rollover requirement of the corresponding promotion has been met. 999x does not process withdrawals of bonus balance that has not yet satisfied the wagering requirements.
The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. Large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional security review at no extra cost to the user. The 999x reserves the right to split very large withdrawals into multiple transactions, always notifying the user in advance.
New users of the 999x are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. For example, a R$ 100.00 deposit generates an additional R$ 100.00 in bonus balance, giving you R$ 200.00 available to wager. The bonus is credited automatically once the first deposit is confirmed.
Bonus balance is subject to a minimum rollover of 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus requires R$ 500.00 in qualifying bets before it can be withdrawn. The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is granted.
Free bets granted by the 999x have a 7-calendar-day expiration period from the date of issue. Only the profit from the free bet (winnings minus the stake) is credited as real balance after the bet is settled. Free bets cannot be withdrawn directly and are non-transferable.
All Sports Betting on the 999x are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing bodies of the event (federations, leagues, and organizing entities). 999x uses official sports data sources for settlement. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, the decision of the event's organizing entity shall prevail.
If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and the staked amount is returned to the user's real balance. Postponed matches rescheduled within 48 hours will have their bets remain valid for the new date. Bets on matches postponed for more than 48 hours will be voided and stakes refunded.
If a match starts and is later permanently suspended, markets that have already been settled (such as "first scorer" in a match where goals were scored) will stand. Markets still open at the time of suspension (such as final result) will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules may vary by sport — please refer to the detailed sport rules available on the platform.
The cash out feature lets you settle a bet before an event ends, locking in a partial return or cutting your losses. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be less than the original stake. The 999x may temporarily suspend cash out during periods of high market volatility or technical instability.
999x reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, where those odds deviate significantly from the fair market price at the time of the bet. In such cases, the full stake is returned to the user.
Parlay bets (combiners) allow you to include selections from different events on the same slip, with odds multiplied together. If one selection in a parlay is voided (due to event cancellation or odds error), the bet is recalculated without that selection. The minimum stake for parlay bets is R$ 2.00.

You can request account closure at any time through live chat support. Before the account is closed, any available real balance that has not been wagered can be withdrawn via Pix. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement will be forfeited with no refund.
The 999x may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances, without prior notice being required:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For dispute resolution, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the competent jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.
